Observed users & sessions

Current user, previous user, login/logout timestamps, duration and device association come from endpoint-reported session transitions.

Control-plane users

Operator accounts use expiring ZENQIX sessions and server-side roles. Passwords and session tokens are never shown in reports.

Privacy boundary

ZENQIX does not routinely collect passwords, keystrokes, clipboard history, document contents or browser history.

Controlled Software Deployment

Deploy HTTPS-hosted MSI/EXE packages to managed Windows endpoints. SHA-256 verification is mandatory before execution.

Bulk Deployment

Select up to 500 Windows endpoints and queue a verified package with one typed confirmation.

Execution Evidence

Package hash, exit code, output and job status are recorded in ZENQIX. Package files are removed from the endpoint after execution.

Patch inventory

Patch, ring and maintenance-window models are available as a control-plane foundation. Inventory and endpoint execution are REQUIRES_AGENT_SUPPORT.

Security posture

Firewall, endpoint-protection, disk-encryption and patch checks show PASS, FAIL or UNKNOWN only when endpoint telemetry supports the result.

Compliance

Policy evaluation is deterministic. Missing telemetry remains UNKNOWN and is never converted to PASS.

Reported endpoint posture only. EDR is PLANNED; missing telemetry remains UNKNOWN.

Current state uses enabled, assigned policies. Historical evidence is retained.

Authorized operators

Reporting requires session telemetry from the endpoint agent. Events are observed by the endpoint heartbeat and may be timestamped within the configured heartbeat interval rather than the exact Windows event-log second.
